After living in our home for 44 years, we decided to retire and move south.
Where do we begin??? Call a Realtor, but which one??? Fortunately we chose the right agency, Gloria Zastko and Marilyn Dixon handled our needs.
After our first meeting, we felt a confident bond. She directed us thru the entire procedure. Pricing, advertising, open houses, etc. She informed us of everything we must do, right down to our last moments in the house.
It was hard leaving our home, friends and family, but Marilyn made the transition bearable. We valued her knowledge and professionalism and are happily relocated in Georgia.
